Strident offers a number of support agreements ranging from simple remote support contracts to full on-site 24-7 managed service agreements. All are covered Service Level Agreements that are both detailed and delivered.

We specialise in providing remote support using the latest diagnostic tools plus telephone and modem services backed up by teams of highly qualified support and systems engineers. All support calls are logged using ‘Martha’ - our award winning in-house written service management system.

As a support customer we will proactively contact you to keep you up to date with market developments. These include dedicated account managers, monthly newswires, invitations to free technical briefings, use of Strident assets and a host of other benefits.
